How It Works

MediaMap ads run in 15-second slots inside a 10-minute recurring loop.

When your advertisement is added, it holds a recurring slot and plays every time the loop cycles while the screen is on.

For example, in an 8-hour day, a 10-minute loop cycles 48 times — so your ad is shown repeatedly throughout the day, not just once.

This creates consistent, high-frequency exposure and stronger recall than one-off or pass-by advertising.

Campaigns run in monthly advertising cycles.

Campaigns are scheduled to begin at the start of each month and run the duration of the month.

Screen daily play times align with each location’s operating hours, ensuring ads run when real audiences are present and engaged.

The Advertising Process 

Step 1 — Submit Your Advertising Request

Submit your request through the Advertise Now form: choose your Saskatoon screen locations, campaign type, and desired months.

Step 2 — Receive Your Quote + Upload Link

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

• A detailed quote (screens, months, ad length, total cost)

• A secure upload link to submit your content

• Your payment details / payment link 

Step 3 — Upload Your Content

Using the upload link, send your ad files.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, MP4

Screen format: All MediaMap screens are horizontal (16:9)

Note: Vertical/portrait ads will require reformatting before they can run.

Ad length: A 15-second video counts as one advertising slot. Videos longer than 15 seconds may count as multiple slots and will be reflected in your quote.

Step 4 — Review & Approval

We review your content to confirm:

• Correct resolution and format

• Brand and content compliance

• Fit for the screen environment

• If anything needs adjusting, we’ll reply with quick fixes.

Step 5 — Payment & Go Live

Once you approve the quote and content, you complete payment and your ad is scheduled for the selected monthly ad cycle.
